  Acquisition of Grammer

Ningbo Jifeng Auto parts Co., ltd. (Stock Code:603997) was established in 1996 and now has become a leading supplier in global vehicle cab interior manufacturing. In 2019, Jifeng acquired Grammer AG, a German Centenary automotive interior manufacturer, Meanwhile, Jifeng would like to achieve global strategic layout with corporate innovation.

We are specialized in product in both passenger and commercial vehicle, in the field of passenger vehicle, our main products cover passenager car seats, seat headrest, armrest, console system, concealed electric air vents, interior components, etc; in the field of commercial vehicle, our Main products cover truck seat, off-road vehicle seating components(tractor, construction machinery, forklift) , train and public bus seating etc. with our advanced innovation design, manufacturing , quality control and excellent service, we established long-term partnership with OEMs. Our customers include major international automakers such as Audi, BMW, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Daimler, Jaguar Land Rover, Porsche, Volkswagen, Škoda, Volvo, GM, Ford, Cadillac, Tesla, Honda, Toyota and Nissan, as well as leading domestic automakers including FAW, SAIC Motor, Dongfeng Motor, Great Wall Motors, Hongqi, BYD, Geely Auto, XPEV, NIO and Li Auto. In order to provide better service and advanced technology, we established more than 90 global branches in 20 countries, which forms globally production, logistic and sales network.

We continuously adhere to innovation, with professional R&D team, advanced test equipment, effective quality control and production capability, after acquisition of Grammer, by integrating Grammer’s experienced R&D resources, our R&D strength has been further enhanced. At present, we group have almost 2000 core patent, who was awarded with title of “Zhejiang Provincial Patent Demonstration Enterprise” and “National intellectual property advantage enterprise”. In 2004, we obtained ISO/TS 16949:2002 Certificate from French BVQI. And in 2009, ISO 14001. Testing center was not only approved by ISO/IEC 17025:2005 Lab, but also many global OEMs like VW, BMW, Ford, DPCA and Geely. We have successively won the titles of “Advance National Machinery Industrial Group”, “Zhejiang Provincial Top 100 Enterprises in Technology Innovation”, “Zhejiang Top 100 Automotive Industry”, “Zhejiang Top 100 Hi-tech Enterprises in Innovation Capability”, 2020Top 500 enterprises in “Fortune” and “2020 China Top 100 Auto Parts Enterprises”.

We have continuously deepened and strengthened the development in the field of cockpit interior parts, steadily enhanced the professional competence, and built competitive technological reserves and international operational capabilities. In response to the rapid progress of electrification and intelligentization in the automotive industry, as well as the growing demand from drivers and passengers for improved cockpit comfort, we have actively upgraded and expanded in-vehicle functions, explored medium and long-term development opportunities for the business, and delivered core value in enhancing the comfort experience inside the cockpit.
